Corona – Umbrella Cockatoo

Description

Corona came to TGF in June of 2011 due to his owner being unable to “tame” him. Corona is incredibly smart, and knows just how to manipulate his humans. However, he has a very sweet side and loves to receive attention from the staff. He prefers females in general and will readily step up when asked. Corona is also quite the escape artist; he can open cage doors and food doors with ease. Corona requires someone who has a lot of experience with Cockatoos and is willing to work on his learned behaviors from the past. Whoever would be willing to give this young ‘too a chance will be rewarded with a very smart, very affectionate bird with quite the spunky personality!
