Topaz is one half of a devilish dynamic duo 😈 He lives with his bestie, Paco, another blue and gold boy! These two can be a little ornery sometimes but sometimes you just have to indulge in some naughty behavior to get it out of your system! Their current naughty behavior number 1 is trying to nibble staff when we are grabbing their food bowls, as if they don’t realize we’re giving them breakfast! Thankfully the boys are always ready to go outside after breakfast so staff can clean their cages in peace. Paco and Topaz are creepy crawlers, climbing around on the walls and ceilings all day long until it’s time to go inside. Paco and Topaz get all their energy out and by the end of the day, they are ready to come in for dinner. They like to be the first ones inside and will dangle from their beaks in front of the door so that then you open the door to the flight, all you see are two sets of feet and bird booties hanging down! They step right only a towel to be brought inside where they happily munch away, they’re such a hoot!
Our boys are currently in search of an adoptive home and we have our fingers crossed that the perfect adoptive family will fall in love with these boys’ silly antics the way we have. Until then, we would love to find sponsors for the boys to help support their care during their time at TGF!
