Rambo – Blue & Gold Macaw

Description

Rambo is a boisterous male blue and gold macaw. Hatched in 1987, Rambo joined The Gabriel Foundation in 1997 with our very first large intake of birds. He is quite the tough guy when around his buddies, but in one on one situations Rambo is gentle and enjoys a snuggle or two. Rambo is very particular with his male buddy macaws; he has developed a strong relationship with Echo, a male blue and gold macaw who is now Rambo roommate. Rambo and Echo will remain perpetually in our care because most adopters are not interested in two large macaws.
