Your written report is critical to the long term success of your adoption. We are here to support you and your adopted bird(s) for the long run! Please help us by complying with the terms of your Adoption Agreement. Failure to provide The Gabriel Foundation with these follow up reports may jeopardize the Permanent Adoption of the bird.
