We receive hundreds of requests every week from people with issues related to having wild animals living in a captive setting – specifically birds. It is our goal to help YOU enrich the live(s) of the birds you live with, and to learn to co-exist successfully. Parrots don’t come with an owner’s manual. Each bird is unique even within the same species - unfortunately, fixing your parrots' behavioral issues is not as easy as 1,2,3 - but that does not mean there isn't a solution.
We will explore with you your birds' diet as well as enrichment and foraging options in concert with the specific issues you are having. Please have a look at all of the available and recommended resources on our website. It is also possible to schedule a behavior consultation over the phone. The fee for this is $60/hour or 10 minute increments at $10 each. Payment is accepted prior to the appointment by check or credit card. Click here for more information.
